At Caboolture State School ASOT (the art and science of teaching) provides the pedagogical framework to be implemented in every classroom. This framework includes the use of Learning Goals and Success Criteria.
Learning Goals provide students with a clear understanding of what they are expected to achieve to demonstrate mastery of the unit being taught.
Success Criteria provide students with a guide to what they need to be able to do to attain the Learning Goal.
Each term we will provide the Learning Goals and Success Criteria for each year level, in English, Mathematics and Science.
